Quick Find and Search in VRPE 10
VRPE 10 provides a few minor differences in how a user looks up customer records, or sub-forms. This video reviews VRP10’s powerful QuickFind form as well as additional search features that are commonly used. CLICK HERE
Concurrent Forms
The ability to multi-task is at the core of every great Customer Service Rep. CSR’s should be able to respond quickly with accurate and timely information to your customers. Visual RAMS-Pro’s Concurrent Forms feature allows your CSR’s to access and create/edit multiple forms at the same time without having to login under separate user names. The Visual RAMS-Pro Route Mapper is the perfect companion to the Route Builder. Though the Builder is a great visual tool to create and edit your routes, the Route Mapper gives you an intuitive Google Map screen to view where each of the services and routes are located. Extended Service Diagram
Visual RAMS-Pro’s Service Diagram has enabled Customer Service Representatives to visually manage their Customer’s account in one screen. Now, the Extended Service Diagram expands the current functionality to manage multiple containers when those containers belong to a single account being picked up on the same day. Geo-Coding at VOR Launch
When you are anticipating moving from a paper routelist system to Visual On-Route, auditing your route and geo-coding the service will determine the initial success of VOR. This video gives you specific direction on how to geo-code each service with a tablet and VOR. Click HERE to view this video.
Exploring Routes to VOR tablets

Event Driven Communication
The ability to send an email or text message to a manager, dispatch, or customer when an event occurs on the route is now available in VOR 5.0. In the course of any day VOR captures hundreds of data “events” that is logged in the system. If you want to be notified when any one or all of those events occurs that can now be done. It may be when a driver is near a dumpster drop or when they start their day. It could be when a signature is captured or when the driver stays dormant for a period of time. Geo-Coding Mode - Driver
Visual On-Route allows drivers to automatically service a stop without touching the tablet. In order to accomplish this, an accurate geo-code must be identified to that account. The Geocoder is a feature that allows a geo-position to be captured easier and more accurately. This video explores how the geo-code, once captured by the driver with the GeoCoder, is synced with a specific customer account/service.
