11:00 am to Noon MST- Alpine Solutions-VOR 5.0-Revolutionizing your Residential Operation
The new Android based application, Visual On-Route 5.0, brings efficiencies and revenue generating opportunities for Alpine’s haulers. This session will focus on the Residential/Commercial applications of VOR 5.0. The last 10 minutes will be dedicated to the type of reporting you can generate from the field with VOR 5.0 and Foxfire.
Noon to 1:00 pm MST- VRPE 10 Feature Training-Route Sequencer and Route Builder
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm MST- VRPE 10 Feature Training-Work Orders
Work Orders are part of every hauler’s operations. Whether they are used to deliver a residential cart or Dump and Return a Roll-Off container, they are an efficient, and paperless, way to generate, advance and manage work orders. This session will focus on the basics of setting up and using Work Orders.
Wednesday, April 15 Online Sessions
10:00 am to 11:00 am MST- Alpine Solutions- Alpine-Technology and Support Updates
Technology changes at the speed of light. This session will give you updates on those technology shifts that can impact your organization. Nick will also walk you through the many tools available to you to get support from Alpine ranging from the ticket system, knowledgebase articles, and videos to online training.
11:00 am to Noon MST- VRPE 10 Feature Training-Father-Son Billing and Management
Most of Alpine’s customers have accounts that fall into the Father-Son category where a service to one location is billed to another individual or company. VRPE 10 is a powerful tool in managing and billing such relationships. This session will focus on how to set this up in VRP and the options available to you to bill them.
Noon to 1:00 pm MST- VRPE 10 Feature Training- Foxfire and VRPE 10
Foxfire 9 is a powerful tool to generate reports for your organization. Though Alpine provides report creation support, we encourage our customers to learn how to create them on their own. Andrew will provide an overview of the functionality of Foxfire as well as show you how to create some basic reports.
